Responsibilities

- Create quantum algorithms for machine learning, cryptography, and material science
- Lead research initiatives in fault-tolerant quantum systems and hybrid computing
- Mentor junior engineers and publish findings in leading scientific journals
- Drive adoption of quantum computing standards across industry partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience considered)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, quantum error correction, and circuit design
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum hardware
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
