Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years' experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record in designing fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Strong background in quantum error correction and topological qubits
- Experience with quantum annealing and gate-based computing models
- Publication record in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments (HPC)
- Understanding of quantum-safe cryptography standards (NIST Post-Quantum)
