Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop quantum algorithms optimized for 2026-era hardware constraints
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to define quantum processor specifications
- Research and implement quantum error correction protocols
- Drive quantum security frameworks for post-quantum era
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in emerging technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS + 5 years experience considered)
- 3+ years experience with quantum circuit design (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Proficiency in quantum algorithm development (Shor's, Grover's, VQE)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC)
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
