Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuits for NISQ-era applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning pipelines
- Architect error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for pharmaceutical discovery
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit coherence engineering
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature Physics and IEEE Xplore
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in quantum programming best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 3+ years experience with Qiskit, Cirq, or Q# frameworks
- Published research in quantum error correction or topology
- Proficiency in tensor networks and quantum simulation tools
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks
- Experience with superconducting qubit architectures
- Track record of translating theoretical models to practical implementations
