Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and cryptography applications
- Develop scalable quantum error correction systems for fault-tolerant computing
- Lead quantum hardware-software integration projects with industry partners
- Create roadmaps for quantum computing adoption across enterprise ecosystems
- Research and prototype next-gen quantum architectures for 2026 commercialization
- Collaborate with AI teams to develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning models
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming best practices
- Present quantum computing strategies to C-suite executives and technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience considered)
- Expertise in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Proven experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and quantum mechanics

- Deep knowledge of NISQ-era limitations and error mitigation strategies
