Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing or advanced superconducting systems
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Proven track record of scaling quantum hardware from prototype to production
- Strong knowledge of quantum cryptography and NIST PQC standards
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and microwave control systems
