Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures using superconducting and photonic systems
- Develop error correction protocols for quantum coherence beyond 2026 requirements
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Integrate quantum-classical hybrid systems for enterprise applications
- Secure patents for novel quantum algorithms and hardware innovations
- Present breakthroughs at global quantum technology summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Engineering, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing hardware or algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and photonic processors
