Responsibilities
- Architect quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and simulation applications
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures with error correction protocols
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid systems for enterprise solutions
- Develop quantum-safe security frameworks for next-generation infrastructure
- Collaborate with research teams to prototype and validate quantum hardware designs
- Translate complex quantum concepts into actionable engineering specifications
- Mentor cross-functional teams on quantum computing principles
- Drive innovation in quantum software development frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or advanced R&D
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quipper, Qiskit)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Proven track record of publishing in quantum computing research
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
- Leadership experience in technical teams and complex projects
