Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms and error correction protocols
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize qubit coherence and gate fidelity
- Develop quantum-resistant security frameworks for next-gen data protection
- Research and implement hybrid quantum-classical computing workflows
- Present breakthrough findings at global technology summits and peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or algorithm design
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum systems
- Demonstrated ability to secure $10M+ in R&D funding
- Strong track record of translating theoretical models into practical implementations
