Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing systems that leverage existing infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum computation
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum circuit designs for specific qubit technologies

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent with 5+ years of quantum computing experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum programming languages
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, trapped ions, photonic)
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects in emerging technologies
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and information theory
- Experience with quantum simulators (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and cloud quantum platforms
