Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuits for industrial-scale applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms achieving 100x speedup
- Lead quantum error correction protocols for 99.9% fidelity
- Architect secure quantum communication networks
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum machine learning
- Secure patents and publish in Nature/Science journals
- Mentor junior quantum engineers through our accelerator program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum computing with 20+ qubit systems
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum SDKs
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with low-latency optimization
- Experience with quantum machine learning frameworks
