Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm optimization and error correction protocols
- Develop quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks for real-world problem-solving
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Drive R&D initiatives in topological quantum computing and fault-tolerant systems
- Partner with academic institutions to advance quantum education and talent development
- Present breakthrough findings at international quantum computing conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Deep knowledge of quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulators
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing journals or conferences
- Strong background in superconducting qubit systems or trapped ion technologies
- Certification in quantum security protocols (e.g., NIST quantum-resistant standards)
