Responsibilities

- Lead R&D initiatives for quantum machine learning algorithms and hybrid quantum-classical workflows
- Develop quantum-safe cryptography frameworks for post-quantum era security
- Optimize quantum resource allocation for maximum computational efficiency
- Drive innovation in quantum hardware-software co-design
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of quantum computing experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and quantum circuit design
- Proven track record in implementing quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) on real hardware
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
