- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit optimization and coherence enhancement
- Create quantum security frameworks for post-quantum encryption standards
- Author technical white papers on quantum advantage in industrial applications
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum algorithm development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm design or quantum hardware engineering
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
