Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures using superconducting qubits and topological quantum systems
- Develop quantum algorithms for optimization, machine learning, and cryptography applications
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing workflows with cloud platforms
- Collaborate with hardware teams to mitigate quantum decoherence and error correction challenges
- Research and implement quantum machine learning frameworks for real-world problem-solving
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish findings in leading scientific journals
- Drive quantum security protocols for financial and healthcare applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and quantum circuit optimization
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant computing
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Strong background in machine learning and high-performance computing
- Track record of delivering complex quantum computing projects from concept to deployment
