Responsibilities
- Architect quantum circuits and algorithms for 1000+ qubit systems
- Design error-corrected quantum processors with >99.9% fidelity
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature Physics and IEEE journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or superconducting systems
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault tolerance
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware integration
- Strong background in topological quantum computing
- Track record of leading multi-million dollar R&D projects
