Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuits for error-corrected computation
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems
- Lead hardware-software integration for quantum processors
- Establish quantum security protocols for 2026-era infrastructure
- Mentor junior quantum engineers through our proprietary training program
- Secure $10M+ in quantum computing grants from NSF and DARPA
- Present breakthroughs at IEEE Quantum Week and Nature Quantum
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum circuit design (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with quantum simulation libraries
- Experience securing government quantum computing grants
- Strong background in cryogenic quantum systems
- Patents in quantum algorithms or hardware architecture preferred
