Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing solutions leveraging superconducting qubits and topological quantum systems
- Design fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for optimization problems in logistics, finance, and pharmaceuticals
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists, software engineers, and hardware specialists
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Establish quantum security protocols resistant to cryptographic threats
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum error correction breakthroughs
- Drive quantum computing adoption through industry partnerships and thought leadership
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of quantum computing experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design, quantum algorithms, and quantum error correction
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation frameworks
- Published research in quantum computing or demonstrated commercial quantum project leadership
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation and qubit coherence optimization
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (superconducting, ion trap, photonic)
- Strong background in machine learning and classical computing architectures
