Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for cryptography, optimization, and simulation challenges
- Lead the integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Collaborate with hardware teams to translate quantum software requirements into physical implementations
- Research emerging quantum technologies (e.g., topological qubits, photonic computing)
- Present breakthrough findings at international quantum computing conferences
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in cutting-edge development methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proficiency with high-performance computing environments and parallel programming
- Experience with quantum simulation frameworks (e.g., Qutip, TensorFlow Quantum)
