Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for enterprise-grade applications
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions with classical systems
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Research post-quantum cryptography standards for financial services clients
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and government agencies
- Patent novel quantum circuit architectures with our IP development team
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq) and hybrid computing
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics/Computer Science or 8+ years in quantum computing
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms
- Expertise in quantum error correction and topological qubit systems
- Proficiency with quantum cloud platforms (IBM Q, Amazon Braket)
- Experience with high-performance computing architectures (HPC)
- Security clearance eligibility for government-contracted projects
- Track record of delivering quantum MVPs in production environments
