Responsibilities
- Architect quantum circuit designs optimized for fault-tolerant operations at scale
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for real-world enterprise applications
- Lead integration of quantum accelerators into cloud infrastructure (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Collaborate with physicists to translate theoretical models into deployable quantum systems
- Implement quantum security protocols for blockchain and encrypted communications
- Document quantum system architectures and publish research in IEEE journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 8+ years experience)
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane frameworks with 3+ production deployments
- Proven experience with superconducting qubit manipulation and error correction
- Strong background in topological quantum computing or quantum annealing
- Published research in Nature/Science quantum computing publications
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and low-level quantum assembly languages
- Security clearance eligibility for government-contracted quantum projects
