Responsibilities
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing systems using topological qubit designs
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems
- Design quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols for financial institutions
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in quantum error correction research
- Secure $50M+ in quantum computing infrastructure grants
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Week and Nature conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum circuit design and error correction
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum assembly languages
- Published research in quantum decoherence mitigation
- Security clearance for government quantum projects preferred
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and superconducting systems
