Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation
- Integrate quantum processors with classical computing systems to create hybrid solutions
- Establish quantum security protocols for protecting sensitive data in post-quantum era
- Drive R&D initiatives to overcome quantum decoherence and error correction challenges
- Develop quantum software frameworks compatible with leading quantum hardware platforms
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of quantum architecture experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
- Deep knowledge of quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant computing models
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulators
- Strong background in superconducting qubits, ion traps, or photonic quantum systems
- Published research in quantum computing or related quantum technologies
- Certification in quantum security protocols (e.g., NIST Post-Quantum Cryptography standards)
