Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures with >1000 qubit coherence
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum error mitigation strategies
- Architect cloud-native quantum computing solutions for Fortune 500 clients
- Pioneer quantum-secure communication protocols for 2026 infrastructure
- Drive quantum machine learning frameworks for predictive analytics
- Validate quantum advantage benchmarks against classical supercomputers
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Proven track record of optimizing quantum circuits for NISQ devices
- Experience with quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC)
- Strong background in topological quantum computing theory
