Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop error-correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Create hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for 2026-era AI models
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for cryptography and simulation
- Collaborate with hardware teams to advance quantum chip fabrication
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen networks
- Mentor quantum engineering talent through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Publication record in Nature/Science or top-tier quantum journals
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum processors
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning frameworks
- Security clearance or ability to obtain (for government partnerships)
