Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum error correction or algorithm design
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
- Experience with superconducting qubit or photonic systems
- Strong understanding of quantum entanglement and decoherence
- Track record of translating theoretical concepts to working prototypes
- Certification in quantum security protocols (e.g., NIST standards)
