- Develop error-resistant quantum algorithms with 99.9% fidelity targets
- Design hybrid quantum-classical integration frameworks for legacy system modernization
- Lead quantum security protocols to protect next-gen digital assets
- Collaborate with Nobel laureates and MIT researchers on quantum supremacy initiatives
- Translate quantum computing advances into actionable business strategies
- Mentor quantum engineers in cutting-edge qubit manipulation techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent research experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development with demonstrated publications in Nature/Science
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and superconducting qubits
