Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop quantum algorithms solving optimization, cryptography, and simulation challenges
- Implement quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum processors with classical systems
- Lead quantum security initiatives protecting next-gen data infrastructure
- Mentor quantum engineering teams and establish best practices
- Present quantum solutions to C-suite executives and technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's with 8+ years experience)
- 3+ years developing quantum algorithms or error correction protocols
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and information theory
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information science
- Proven ability to translate complex quantum concepts for non-technical audiences
