Responsibilities

- Develop quantum error correction protocols achieving 99.99% fidelity for practical applications
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid systems for enterprise AI acceleration
- Establish security frameworks for quantum-resistant cryptography protocols
- Mentor a team of quantum engineers and researchers
- Collaborate with academic partners on quantum materials research
- Define industry standards for quantum API development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Expertise in quantum circuit optimization and compiler design
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware systems
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
- Track record of leading technical teams in R&D environments
