Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum gate operations and coherence times
- Create quantum algorithm blueprints for optimization, simulation, and machine learning tasks
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum cryptography and secure communication
- Translate quantum computational advantages into actionable business strategies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, Cirq) and quantum circuit design
- Proven track record in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and their implementations
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel processing
