Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for commercial applications
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and algorithm optimization
- Collaborate with quantum hardware teams to integrate novel qubit technologies
- Develop quantum security protocols for next-gen encryption systems
- Present breakthrough findings to industry stakeholders and academic partners
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and foster innovation culture
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Proven experience leading quantum computing projects in industrial settings
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks and scalability challenges
