Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms solving optimization problems
- Lead quantum error correction protocol implementation and testing
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum machine learning frameworks
- Research and implement qubit stabilization techniques at cryogenic temperatures
- Present architectural blueprints to C-suite executives and investors
- Mentor junior quantum engineers on emerging technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum specialization
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing or high-performance computing
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in quantum mechanics and linear algebra
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware systems
