Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures leveraging superconducting qubits and photonic systems
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-classical hybrid workflows
- Lead quantum algorithm implementations for cryptography and simulation applications
- Establish quantum security frameworks for enterprise clients
- Research emerging quantum technologies (topological qubits, quantum networks)
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming languages (Q#, Cirq)
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years quantum computing experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature Quantum, PRL)
- Proficiency in quantum simulation tools (Qiskit, Quil, ProjectQ)
- Strong background in condensed matter physics or quantum information theory
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and microwave control electronics
- Track record of leading quantum computing projects from concept to deployment
