Responsibilities
- Design and optimize quantum algorithms for enterprise-scale applications
- Architect scalable quantum computing solutions integrating classical-quantum interfaces
- Lead research initiatives in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Collaborate with hardware teams to develop quantum software stacks
- Develop performance benchmarks and optimization frameworks for quantum systems
- Mentor junior engineers and publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed journals
- Secure patents for novel quantum computing methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design (Shor's, Grover's, VQE)
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
- Proficiency in high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
