- Secure $50M+ in quantum computing research grants annually

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum hardware/software architecture
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization
- Security clearance eligibility for government quantum projects
- Proficiency in cryogenic engineering and superconducting qubit systems
- Track record of commercializing quantum technologies
