Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuit architectures for enterprise-level applications
- Develop error-correction frameworks achieving fault-tolerant quantum computation
- Lead cross-functional teams integrating quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Research and implement novel quantum algorithms for industry-specific challenges
- Optimize qubit coherence times and gate fidelity in superconducting platforms
- Secure patents for breakthrough quantum methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years developing quantum hardware/software systems
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor, Grover, VQE) and error correction
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum simulation frameworks
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and microwave control systems
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into commercial solutions
