Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for real-world industrial applications
- Lead quantum circuit optimization and error mitigation strategies
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Collaborate with hardware teams on quantum processor integration

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or Quantum Information with 5+ years experience
- Proven expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum programming frameworks
