Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Develop hybrid classical-quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale deployment
- Lead quantum-resistant security protocols to prepare for post-quantum cryptography standards
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum acceleration into neural networks
- Research and prototype quantum error correction techniques for fault-tolerant systems
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or algorithm development
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and simulation frameworks
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel processing
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
