Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum computing architectures using Qiskit and Cirq frameworks
- Develop quantum-resistant encryption protocols for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers
- Optimize quantum algorithms for real-world applications in finance and healthcare
- Conduct research on quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Collaborate with academic partners to publish breakthrough findings
- Present quantum solutions to C-suite executives and major stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit) and circuit design
- Proven experience with superconducting qubit platforms (e.g., IBM Quantum, Rigetti)
- Strong background in cryptographic protocols and quantum-safe algorithms
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience leading technical projects with 10+ team members
- Proficiency in cloud quantum services (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Ability to communicate complex quantum concepts to non-technical audiences
