- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum acceleration in machine learning pipelines

- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming principles (Q#, Qiskit)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research or industry deployment
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and simulation tools (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE)
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum hardware
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing frameworks
