What You'll Achieve:
- Architect scalable quantum processors with 1000+ qubits

- Create quantum machine learning frameworks for real-world applications
- Secure patents in quantum cryptography and optimization
- Mentor a team of 15 quantum engineers and researchers
Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum circuit architectures for industrial-scale problems
- Lead integration of quantum accelerators with classical HPC infrastructure
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum error correction codes
- Establish quantum security protocols for financial and healthcare sectors
- Collaborate with NASA and MIT on quantum navigation systems
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Week and Nature journals
- Drive quantum cloud platform development for enterprise clients
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or superconducting qubit systems
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum SDKs
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning frameworks
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and microwave control systems
- Track record of securing quantum computing patents
- Clearance for DoD quantum projects (or ability to obtain)
