Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures targeting 2026 scalability milestones
- Lead development of quantum error correction protocols for 1000+ qubit systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor connectivity and coherence
- Create hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise applications
- Drive quantum security initiatives post-quantum cryptography standards
- Mentor quantum engineers and publish research in top-tier journals

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum error correction systems
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Quil)
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware constraints and superconducting qubits
- Proven track record of publishing quantum computing research
