Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for enterprise applications in finance, logistics, and healthcare
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid systems in cloud infrastructure
- Develop quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols for 2026 security standards
- Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, ML engineers, and domain experts
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum processors with 99.9% fidelity benchmarks
- Pioneer quantum machine learning frameworks for predictive analytics
- Secure $5M+ in quantum computing grants for cutting-edge projects
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms with error correction protocols
- Expertise in quantum circuit design using Qiskit, Cirq, or similar frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing applications
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum hardware interfaces
- Experience with quantum annealing and superconducting qubit systems
- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement and decoherence mitigation
- Track record of securing government/industry quantum computing grants
