Responsibilities
- Architect quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications

- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum-classical hybrid workflows
- Lead cross-functional teams in deploying quantum solutions for Fortune 500 clients
- Pioneer error mitigation techniques achieving >99.9% qubit fidelity
- Develop patentable quantum protocols for real-world industrial scaling
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's with 5+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and algorithm design
- Proven experience with quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Publish record in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, PRL)
- Deep understanding of quantum-classical hybrid computing paradigms
- Certification in quantum hardware platforms (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
