Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum architectures with fault-tolerant qubit configurations
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum processors

- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum gate performance
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (e.g., topological qubits)
- Present architectural strategies to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS + 5 years experience acceptable)
- 3+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm design
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum systems
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
