Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum architectures capable of 10,000+ qubit coherence
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum systems

- Establish industry standards for quantum-classical hybrid computing
- Secure patents for proprietary quantum circuit designs
- Present breakthroughs at global quantum technology summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or superconducting systems
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum entanglement
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation strategies
- Experience securing DoD/NASA quantum computing contracts
- Proven ability to manage $10M+ R&D budgets
