Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and testing quantum algorithms
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen encryption systems
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (topological qubits, photonics)
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
- Author white papers on quantum optimization strategies for 2026 deployment
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault-tolerant systems
- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion quantum hardware
