Responsibilities
- Design quantum circuit architectures for NISQ-era and fault-tolerant systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical workflows for enterprise applications
- Optimize qubit coherence times and error correction protocols
- Create quantum algorithms targeting 2026-era computational challenges
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum software-hardware integration
- Publish research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Advise clients on quantum adoption strategies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proven experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Experience leading technical teams in R&D environments
