Responsibilities
- Design quantum circuit architectures optimized for error correction and scalability
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum algorithm implementation in pharmaceutical simulation and logistics optimization
- Establish quantum-safe encryption protocols for 2026-era threat landscape
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum acceleration in machine learning pipelines
- Research topological qubit stability and fault-tolerant system architectures
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders and academic partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing or quantum materials
- Expertise in cryogenic engineering and superconducting qubit manipulation
- Deep understanding of Shor's algorithm applications and quantum supremacy benchmarks
- Experience with quantum machine learning and variational quantum circuits
- Security clearance for classified quantum cryptography projects preferred
