Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum circuit architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for real-world problem-solving
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum algorithms for cryptography, optimization, and simulation
- Establish quantum security protocols resistant to quantum decryption attacks
- Create technical roadmaps for quantum integration into existing cloud infrastructure
- Publish research in peer-reviewed journals and present at IEEE Quantum Week
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum error correction and fault tolerance techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and quantum circuit design
- Proven track record of publishing quantum computing research in Nature/Science journals
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation and error correction techniques
- Experience with superconducting qubit manipulation and quantum annealing systems
- Strong background in distributed computing and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Certification in Quantum Computing from MIT Professional Education or equivalent
